Terms of use of the Compu Golf app
1. General information
These conditions apply to in-app purchases Compu Golf, which is owned and operated by:

2. prices
All prices are shown in local currency and include VAT and taxes.
We may change prices and products without notice.
We reserve the right to make reservations for sold-out items and possible price errors.
3. Platform and responsibilities
Compu Partner ApS provides the technical platform (Compu Golf app).
The individual golf clubs and driving ranges are sellers of the products in the app.
These conditions apply regardless of which club you shop with.

4. Payment
You can pay with:

(Available payment methods may vary from country to country)
Payment is made directly to the selected golf club or driving range.
The amount is deducted immediately and the product is delivered digitally straight away.
All prices are in local currency and include VAT.
Subject to price errors and discontinued products.
5. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally immediately after payment.
6 Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act.
This means that - depending on the situation - you can get:

exchange

money back

Reduction in price
This requires that the fault is not due to misuse.

7. refund
For refunds, you must state the reg. no. and account no. of the golf club.
This information can be safely sent electronically and is only used for the payout.
8. Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation on in-app purchases.
Please note:
Digital products that are put into use are usually exempt from the right of cancellation under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If the product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us.
The deadline is calculated from the day you receive the product.
How to undo:

Clearly state that you want to cancel the purchase
9. Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The following cannot be undone:

Free products (e.g. promotions, competitions, sponsorships)
10. Returns
There are no physical returns as all products are digital.
11. product condition
The product must not be fully or partially utilised.
12. Repayment
In case of approved cancellation, the full amount will be refunded.
Free products cannot be cashed out.
Refunds will be refunded:

by agreement with the golf club, or
-
via Compu Partner ApS (bank transfer)
13 Rights
All rights to digital products, events, courses etc. belong to Compu Partner ApS.
Upon purchase, you get a personal licence to use the product.
It is not allowed to:

resell
-
parts
-
lend
-
distribute the product
(applies to both private and commercial)
14. Legislation
All agreements are subject to Danish law.
