If you come from a competing system, the answer is more nuanced, but basically there are still good opportunities to increase revenue, both through our better technical capabilities, but also through the free advice we give our customers. Unlike some others, we have a completely open pricing model - that's why you can always see our current prices on this page under the menu item ‘Prices’. All our customers pay according to this pricing model. Keep an eye out for our promotions that may run for limited periods or numbers - for example, for the very first customers in each country.

There is a set-up cost to have the system delivered, installed, configured and set up to suit your exact needs and wishes. Included in this cost is also training for one or more employees. Once the system is up and running, there is a monthly fee that covers operation and support of the system - this also includes future improvements to the system. And you can get a discount of up to 20% for a longer commitment.

No, it's actually surprisingly cheap.

Yes you can, because we value longer customer relationships.

Our agreements are generally valid for one year at a time, and these are the agreement prices we list. But if you want to stay longer, we offer 2-year contracts with a 10% discount and 3-year contracts with a 20% discount - which is the last one most people choose!

And we're so happy about customers moving to us from other competing systems that, for a limited time, we're offering a big promotional discount - 100% on the set-up cost - just for signing a contract with a minimum duration of 2 years.
